About us

About Us – Policies and Guidelines

Welcome to Giggly Kids. Our commitment to safety, growth, and a positive learning environment is reflected in our policies. We believe that clear guidelines help us create a secure and structured space where every child can thrive. Please read through our policies to understand how we operate and what we value in our relationship with you and your family.

Health and Safety Policy

The health and safety of our children, staff, and visitors are our top priorities. We have strict protocols in place, including daily cleaning routines, regular safety drills, and emergency preparedness plans. All staff members are trained in first aid and CPR, and our facilities are equipped with secure entry points and child-safe furniture.

Illness Policy:
We ask that children who are unwell remain at home to prevent the spread of illness. If your child becomes ill during the day, we will contact you to arrange for pick-up. Children may return once they are symptom-free for at least 24 hours.

Attendance and Drop-Off/Pick-Up Policy

To ensure a smooth daily routine, we ask that all children arrive by 8am each morning. Late arrivals can be disruptive, so please make every effort to be punctual. Similarly, pick-up should occur promptly at the end of the day. Please inform us if someone other than a parent or guardian will be picking up your child.

Late Pick-Up Policy:
We understand that delays happen; however, repeated late pick-ups may incur a fee. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible.

Behavior and Discipline Policy

Our goal is to provide a nurturing and respectful environment. We encourage positive behavior through gentle guidance and age-appropriate expectations. When behavioral issues arise, we address them with understanding and respect, focusing on redirection and teaching rather than punishment.

Zero-Tolerance Policy:
We do not tolerate bullying, aggression, or disrespectful behavior. We work closely with parents to address any concerns and promote a positive social environment.

Nutrition and Snack Policy

Proper nutrition is essential for a child’s growth and learning. We provide healthy snacks. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions your child may have.

Enrollment and Payment Policy

To secure a place in our program, we require 2 weeks advance payment, along with completion of required forms and agreements. Monthly fees are due on the first of each month. We offer several payment options for convenience.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
We require a two-week notice for withdrawal from our program to qualify for a refund.
