What are your hours of operation?

Our hours are designed to accommodate parents' schedules:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: Closed
  • Sunday: Closed
    We are also closed on public holidays and for certain seasonal breaks.

Enrollment and Registration

How do I enroll my child?

Enrolling is easy! You can visit us in person. We recommend scheduling a tour or trial session so that you can get to know our facilities and team before enrollment.

Is there a registration fee?

No, there is no registration fee however an advance payment of 2 weeks must be made prior to starting with gigglykids

Are there any prerequisites for enrollment?

We require all families to submit up-to-date immunization records and medical history for each child. Additionally, a parent or guardian must complete our enrollment agreement form.

Can I change my child’s schedule after enrolling?

Yes, you can modify your child’s schedule based on availability. We ask for at least two weeks' notice if you need to make changes to ensure we can accommodate your request.

What measures do you take to ensure safety?

Safety is our top priority. Our premises are secured with child-safe equipment, controlled entry points, and emergency exits. We also conduct regular safety drills and daily cleaning to maintain a safe environment.

  • Half Day Program: from £8 per hour - 5 hours

We require a minimum two-week notice for cancellation to qualify for a refund.

Do you offer trial sessions?

Yes, we offer one complimentary trial session so you and your child can experience our program first-hand. Contact us to schedule a trial visit.
